Call for thematic schools

As part of its initiatives to enhance the international visibility of the Grenoble research hub, LabEx PERSYVAL encourages and financially supports the organization of thematic schools aligned with its scientific scope.

Priority will be given to schools—whether ongoing or one-time events—held in Grenoble or the Grenoble area.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by the LabEx Executive Committee.

Anyone wishing to organize a thematic school that may be supported by the LabEx is invited to submit their request

The grant application file must include the following elements:

School name
Organizer(s)
Scheduled dates
Context and scientific objectives
Expected attendance
Provisional budget (including income and expenses)

Please title your message "2027 School Grant Application".

Special Schedule for 2026–2027

For schools scheduled for spring 2027, applications must reach us by October 1, 2026.
For schools scheduled for summer 2027, applications must reach us by December 1, 2026. Please note, however, that the 2027 PERSYVAL/UGA grant will only be available from April 2027 onwards.
For schools scheduled for autumn 2027, applications can be submitted until April 1, 2027.
