Éva Tardos from Cornell University is the winner of the third Jean Kuntzmann Prize, awarded by LabEx PERSYVAL, the MSTIC pole of Université Grenoble Alpes, and Inria Grenoble Rhône Alpes.
The Jean Kuntzmann Prize award ceremony will take place in the auditorium of the Musée de Grenoble on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 5:30 PM. It will be followed by the lecture "Learning in games" which Éva Tardos will do us the honor of presenting.
We thank the Musée de Grenoble for hosting us on this occasion.
Several lectures
During her visit to Grenoble, Éva Tardos will give a series of lectures entitled "Understanding the Efficiency of Outcomes in Games" from February 18 to 22, 2019, on the university campus, in the IMAG building auditorium.

About the Jean Kuntzmann Prize
Created in tribute to Professor Jean Kuntzmann, a pioneer in digital sciences who profoundly shaped the development of applied mathematics and computer science, this prize honors exceptional researchers or faculty members whose work in mathematics and computer science transcends disciplinary and thematic boundaries, reflecting a deep awareness of practical and societal applications.

Biography
Éva Tardos is a Professor of Computer Science at Cornell University.
Her research interests are broad (algorithms, optimization, learning, game theory, graphs, applications to social sciences, and economics).
