Platform, Fablab
AIR (Ambient Intelligence Room) is a FabLab (Fabrication Laboratory) located primarily in the Polytech Grenoble building. It is dedicated to helping students invent, design, and build innovative applications and ambient intelligence devices as part of their academic studies or professional projects.
Students can borrow a wide variety of devices from the AIR, ranging from microcontrollers and sensors to game consoles and controllers, multimedia equipment, tablets, robots, drones, and more. The available tools include: DIY supplies, a Makerbot 3D printer, a milling machine, a drill press, a laser cutter, and electronics development stations.
