Spread allows computer science students to experiment with various types of distributed computing infrastructures.
Spread enables the creation of distributed applications, as well as work on code distribution, distributed scheduling, or even lower-level layers: Spread can be used to experiment with routing algorithms or as a supporting infrastructure for deploying and testing sensor networks.
What is a spread?
- A mini data center consisting of Tegra boards with gigabit Ethernet connectivity.
- A network of Raspberry Pi devices configured to form a wireless test bed using WalT
